We will offer a comprehensive menu of services that fall in to 3 tiers:

Services that form the basis of the service charge, including front of house services, housekeeping, engineering support and loading bay services.

Including specialist office cleaning, waste streaming and recycling, essential services and standby power. These services are customised, subject to individual service level agreements and billed directly.

Lifestyle / concierge services
A dedicated concierge team providing access to high end needs, extensive business support and basic errands, through payment at the point of sale. Desktop access for all to everyday essentials including real time travel information, deals, amenities and businesses within the local community.
